February 11, 2026 - Cardiovascular disease, CVD, is a leading cause of death in women in the United States and worldwide. CVD is a general term that describes a range of conditions that affect the heart and blood vessels. Such conditions as ischemic heart disease or coronary artery disease, heart attack, stroke, heart failure, angina, arrhythmia, and more fall under the umbrella of CVD. Let’s learn how to make choices that protect your heart for years to come. Women show symptoms of CVD differently than men. These differences mean that women’s symptoms can be easier to miss and require awareness.

Recognize patterns in your relationship with food
February 25, 2026 - Your relationship with food tells a story. For many people, that story may be complicated, stressful, and perhaps even a little exhausting. Often unrecognized and untreated, disordered eating affects millions of people.

Disordered eating is not the same as an eating disorder, though they exist on the same spectrum. Eating disorders are clinical mental health conditions with persistent, severe symptoms that significantly disrupt life, relationships, and health, requiring professional treatment. Disordered eating has potential to progress to an eating disorder. Let’s explore what disordered eating really means and how you might find your way back to a healthier relationship.
