FHP hosts Celebration of Life

November is designated as National Home Health and Hospice Month to honor the healthcare professionals who provide care in home settings and to raise awareness of the importance of these services. It is a time to recognize the dedicated staff who support patients and families, offering services like nursing, therapy, personal care assistance, and end-of-life support in the comfort of home.
