Online Series

Join us for the Aloha Kidney online series, hosted by Ramona Wong, a retired kidney doctor with a wealth of knowledge in the field. The series runs from now until June 22, 2024, and is designed for anyone who values their kidney health, especially those at risk for Chronic Kidney Disease, have excess protein in their urine, or a decreased GFR.

Enrollment is simple. Just visit www.alohakidney.com and submit the enrollment form. Upon enrollment, you will receive passwords to access the first five classes at your own convenience. Plus, we have scheduled live Saturday Zoom sessions for class updates and question and answer opportunities.

The series consists of six class videos that you can view, pause, and review at your own pace. We also encourage those who prepare meals for you to enroll, as the information can be beneficial for them too.

The best part is, this series is completely free of cost and designed to be flexible and easy to follow. There are no requirements; everything is up to you!

Here's a preview of the classes:

  • May 11, 2024 - "You and your kidneys: Kidneys can teach you about you, your choices and the mind, body, spirit connection"
  • May 18, 2024 - "Aloha kidney: How to slow loss of kidney function, protect what's left"
  • May 25, 2024 - "Kidney, heart, brain connection: Why at risk and what to do about it"
  • June 1, 2024 - "Food, labs, meds... help?!: Understand what matters"
