The Foundation is comprised of employees of TakeCare Insurance Company, Inc. and FHP Health Center who are devoted to charitable and educational causes that enhance the health, wellness and welfare of individuals, families and the public at large.

The Foundation is unique because it is employee driven. TakeCare and FHP employees play a major role in assisting with the contributions and the selection process. For every amount each employee contributes, TakeCare matches dollar for dollar. Through our kind donations, we anticipate the joy we are able to bring to so many people.
