TakeCare FEHB Plans

During the 2011 calendar year Takecare will offer the following health plan options to active and retired federal employees who qualify for benefits under the FEHB Plan:

• High Option
• Standard Option
• High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP)
  *This option must be accompanied by either a Health Savings Account (HSA) or a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA). Please see the High Deductible Health Plan Fact Sheet below.
